Livingston, LA – Dixon Civil Defense has acquired licensing for two advanced software platforms: Juvare’s WebEOC and Esri’s ArcGIS. Effective immediately, these licenses will support sales, finance, document management, project management, and research, design, and development workflows while serving as the foundation for the company’s client-focused solutions portfolio.
WebEOC, developed by Juvare, is a robust, cloud-based platform designed for emergency management, enterprise continuity, and daily operations. It provides a unified solution for critical incident response through configurable workflows, automated task processes, and seamless stakeholder collaboration. Additional features include multi-channel alerting via text, e-mail, and voice and DesignStudio, a no-code, board-building tool. These features allow for rapid situational awareness, resource coordination, and secure communication across jurisdictional boundaries.
ArcGIS, the leading geospatial platform from Esri, supports a wide array of capabilities, including geospatial data management, advanced analytics for risk assessment, interactive mapping and dashboard visualizations, and collaborative sharing of insights via real-time feeds. ArcGIS excels in applications such as threat monitoring, resource allocation, and sustainability planning—allowing for enhanced transparency and operational efficiency.
“WebEOC and ArcGIS are world-class software systems, and the two integrate with each other especially well. Dixon Civil Defense will use both to drive day-to-day business operations,” said Austin Dixon, Principal Consultant at Dixon Civil Defense. “Future clients will be offered a variety of professional and support services specifically tailored around WebEOC and ArcGIS software. These services will create the custom solutions needed to strengthen, accelerate, and standardize client workflows.”
Dixon Civil Defense will begin accepting client work requests in mid-October.
