FAQs
Answers to Common Client Questions
What is the training format?
Training sessions are delivered in a lecture format and usually begin with slides and notes before moving into a live demo. Discussion and questions are encouraged throughout the session. It is not a one-sided lecture.
What’s the difference between a user session and an admin session?
User sessions begin with an introduction to the software and transition into logging in and reviewing basic account settings. Specific user roles and responsibilities are examined, followed by a tour of system workflows. Admin sessions continue from this point and cover more advanced topics including system configuration settings, user and group management, and basic design and development workflows.
Is training one-size-fits-all?
No, every session is built for the client’s boards, applications, groups, and processes. The entire system will be reviewed in advance, and a training outline will be developed for approval before any training takes place.
Can live training be combined with written plans?
Yes, sessions can be paired with written plans and procedures so staff receive reference documents after training is complete.
